Opt Out of Your Union

Nevada is a Right-To-Work State, no matter what your Union Bosses may say, no one can take away your rights, your job, your pay, or your benefits if you opt out of your union. You keep all your benefits and you also keep more of your hard earned money. It’s the law. Regardless of the reason, as a Nevadan it is your right to opt out.
